Mobile Notary Services
We Come to You
Remote Online Notary (RON)
Notarize From Anywhere
Remote Online Notarization lets you securely sign and notarize documents from your computer or mobile device. Florida law allows RON sessions for most documents, saving time and travel.
Benefits of RON:
-
Convenient—sign from home or on the go
-
Fast turnaround with secure, state-approved technology
-
Valid for use nationwide and internationally (with proper Apostille if needed)

Witnesses for Your Documents
Some documents require one or more witnesses in addition to the notary.
-
You may bring your own witnesses
-
If you cannot, we can provide witnesses for an additional fee
Witness qualifications:
In Florida, a witness must be at least 18 years old, mentally competent, and able to understand what they are witnessing. A witness should not be a party to the document or someone who stands to benefit from it—for example, a person inheriting under a will should not serve as a witness to that same will. Generally, a witness is there simply to observe the signing and confirm that it was done willingly and with awareness.
This ensures your documents meet all legal requirements without delay.
